Online Orders & Terms of Sale
Placing an Order
Please check your order carefully before submitting. Once your order is accepted, you may not cancel or amend it.
Your order is not accepted until you receive an email confirmation from us confirming that we have received and accepted it.
Refusing or Cancelling Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following circumstances:
• The goods or services ordered are no longer available
• We believe the order has been placed for commercial resale purposes
• We believe the order has been placed fraudulently
• There has been a pricing or listing error on our website
This right applies to orders that have already been accepted. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
Pricing
All prices listed on www.mrbandme.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time your order is accepted.

We currently accept the following payment methods for online orders:

• Afterpay
Website & Payment Security
We take your security seriously. All online payments are processed through a secure payment portal. You can help protect your account by logging out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
Although we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please contact your bank immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Shipping Policy
Where Do We Ship?
We ship to New Zealand addresses only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time. Please ensure you provide a physical delivery address — we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping Rates
We charge a flat shipping rate of $15.00 for all orders within New Zealand, regardless of order size or weight.
When Will My Order Ship?
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1–3 business days. You can expect delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch (please allow additional time for rural or South Island addresses).
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at tony@mrbandme.co.nz. Please include a description of the issue and photos where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns & Refund Policy (Online Orders)
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you are not completely happy with your online order, please contact us at tony@mrbandme.co.nz or 022 157 8379 within 10 days of receiving your order. Please let us know the nature of your return and include photos if relevant (for example, if you have experienced a reaction to a product).
We cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind where the product has already been opened or used
• Gift vouchers
Returning a Product
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 10 days of purchase to:

We recommend using a tracked or signature-required courier service to return your item. Mr B & Me is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and assess your return, we will issue a refund or credit for the purchase price paid, less any discounts or credits already applied. Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error or a valid claim under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Please allow up to 15 working days from receipt of your return for us to process your refund.
Wrong Product Received
If you received a product different from what you ordered, please contact us at tony@mrbandme.co.nz as soon as possible. We will send out the correct item and arrange a prepaid return label for the incorrect product.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Our returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We fully comply with this Act for faulty or not-fit-for-purpose items.
Afterpay
How It Works
We offer Afterpay as a payment option, allowing you to split your purchase into four equal fortnightly payments — always interest-free.
1. Select Afterpay at checkout
2. Complete your purchase through the Afterpay app or website
3. Your order is confirmed — enjoy your products straight away
4. Afterpay will automatically collect your payments every two weeks
Eligibility

Late Payments
If a payment is missed, Afterpay may charge late fees in accordance with their terms. Mr B & Me is not responsible for any fees or charges applied by Afterpay.
Gift Vouchers
Mr B & Me gift vouchers can be used toward any treatment or product at our clinic. They cannot be redeemed online or for cash.
In accordance with the Fair Trading (Gift Card Expiry) Amendment Act 2024, all gift vouchers sold from 16 March 2026 onwards are valid for a minimum of three years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly stated on your voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
