1. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments can be booked online via our booking platform or by contacting us directly. By making a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments to suit your schedule.
2. Consultations
A complimentary consultation is included with your first full treatment. This is to ensure the treatment is appropriate and safe for you, and gives you the opportunity to ask questions before we begin. Your second treatment appointment will be booked at your first appointment.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in us requiring a deposit for future bookings.
4. Health & Safety
You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical history, conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment. This includes but is not limited to:

Pregnancy or breastfeeding

Skin conditions, infections, or recent procedures

Autoimmune conditions or other relevant health concerns
We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if we consider it is not safe or appropriate for you at that time.
5. Informed Consent
Prior to any treatment, we will obtain your informed consent. You have the right to ask questions, take time to consider your options, and withdraw consent at any time before treatment begins. By proceeding with a treatment, you confirm you have been given the opportunity to ask questions and understand what is involved.
6. Results
Results from cosmetic treatments vary between individuals. We will always discuss realistic expectations with you during your consultation. Mr B & Me does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results will depend on individual factors including health history, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
7. Aftercare
We will provide you with aftercare instructions following your treatment. It is important that you follow these instructions carefully, as non-compliance may affect your results or cause adverse reactions. Mr B & Me is not responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
8. Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept the following payment methods:

Prices are listed on our website and booking platform and are subject to change. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.
9. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on treatments that have been carried out. If you have a concern about your treatment or experience, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss it with you. We are committed to ensuring you feel heard and looked after.
In the event of a genuine error or fault on our part, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
10. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and may be used toward any Mr B & Me treatment. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned or exchanged.
11. Photography
We may take before and after photographs for clinical record-keeping purposes. These will not be shared publicly without your written consent. If you give consent for use in marketing, you may withdraw this at any time by contacting us.
12. Prescription Medicines & Medical Devices
Botulinum toxin injections are prescription medicine for the treatment of frown lines, horizontal forehead lines and crow's feet around the eyes. Botulinum toxin injections have risks and benefits. Ask your doctor if botulinum toxin injections are right for you. If you have side effects, see your doctor. You will need to pay for your botulinum toxin injection and clinic fees will apply. For details on precautions & side effects consult your doctor or go to www.medsafe.govt.nz. Botulinum toxin injections last about 4 months and further courses of treatment may be necessary. Should only be administered by trained medical professionals.
Profhilo®, containing low & high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, is a Class III medical device for the treatment of the face and body for contours redefinition and laxity remodelling where skin laxity is a problem. Profhilo® has risks and benefits. Do not use with treatments such a laser resurfacing or medium deep skin-peeling. Caution in people on blood thinning medicines. Do not inject into inflamed areas or intravenously or intramuscularly. Possible side effects: pain and swelling at injection site. Please refer to instructions for use, local distributor. 13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Mr B & Me’s liability in connection with any treatment or service is limited to the amount paid by you for that treatment. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and social media, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Mr B & Me Limited and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to book with us after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
